For years, Sanjay has sat by the roadside of Faridabad with his sewing machine, stitching clothes under the sun and rain to make ends meet. As a roadside tailor, earning just INR12,000–15,000 a month, every day is a battle to meet basic needs. With three school-going children – Ved, Sachin, and Nandini – education seemed like a luxury the family could barely afford.

Despite his hard work, the rising costs of school fees, uniforms, books, and daily essentials put immense pressure on the family’s limited income. It reached a point where Sanjay feared he might have to pull the children out of school just to survive.

That’s when our foundation stepped in. Understanding the importance of education in breaking the cycle of poverty, we began supporting the children’s academic needs – covering school fees, learning materials, and related expenses.

Today, Ved, Sachin, and Nandini are back in school, learning, growing, and thriving. Their father still works tirelessly, but now with the comfort of knowing that his children’s futures are being safeguarded.
